We use the information collected mostly to provide you with the services you requested from us and to support our legitimate interests in operating our business. We will use the information you provided to enable us to create galleries, to communicate with our clients, to facilitate payment and order processing and any other services requested. We may need to share this information with third party service providers in order to provide the services (such as emailing a client). When we need to share information, we take the steps to ensure that only the necessary information is shared, and the information is protected and being used in accordance with current GDPR and Data protection legislations.

We embed contact forms on my website to collect data private data which is processed through a secure online connection. Your enquiry is also stored on a secure server operated by Lightblue Software which complies with all current GDPR legislations. By completing this contact form you agree to John Watson photography contacting you about your enquiry. You will not be added to a mailing lists. We will only be contact you in relation to this enquiry.

ONLINE GALLERIES

We create an online gallery for clients using PicTime. They collect your email address and name. To use the Services, PicTime collect the information you voluntarily provided through your Account, including information clients share with them (email addresses, names). For Clients who use the store functionalities in PicTime gallery, they collect the information Clients provide during checkout.

DISPLAY OF PHOTOS

We may use photos taken by John Watson photography to display on our website, galleries, brochures, magazine, blogs, etc. These photos will lawfully be used for marketing purposes. The rights of the people captured in these photographs are protected. Any client or wedding guest who wishes to withdraw consent of a photograph in which they appear in to be displayed can do so by emailing iinfo@johnwatsonphotography.com

SOCIAL MEDIA

We retains the right to publish images made during events we photograph on most social media networks, however we will also comply with any requests for privacy from Client or guests. To request removal of these photos, email info@johnwatsonphotography.com
